I’ll go so far as to say you can vape without nicotine once or twice a day without risk, and the only risk of vaping with nicotine is that you might get addicted to it as you might to the caffeine in coffee, tea, chocolate, and fizzy soft drinks. read more

If you do vape don't pick up nicotine unless you want to get hooked on it. Even vaping with nic feels way less addictive and fiendish than cigarettes but still I wouldn't recommend picking it up. I vape a lot and it hasn't affected my lifting or anything- but I don't do a lot of cardio so can't really comment on effects of lung capacity. read more
