Meditation can help to cure anxiety. I cannot say it, in itself will cure anxiety. I have personally used meditation to help cure anxiety with great success. I recommend, “Meditations” by Osho. It was my first introduction to meditation. I think it was a great introduction; especially for those who might be skeptical. read more
