Can my 5-year-old daughter learn karate?

Everything in life is in degree and proportions. A 5 year old can learn karate, gymnastics, spelling, reading, drawing, tennis ect at the degree and proportion of a 5 year old. There is some things we shouldn't let 5 year old's do because of safety. read more

If your daughter enjoys doing karate then tell other people to mind their own business would they prefer her to be wandering around with nothing to do because that will lead to trouble not karate. By the way my three year old is starting in karate this week too. read more
