Can people born in 1996 remember 9/11?

I think the people born in 1987-1992 seem like the core "child of the 90's" group while those born from 1993 on would probably see it as retro like you said. btw I say 1991 is the last year that you could really comprehend 9/11. read more

In addition there are people who do remember 9/11. And life before the recession. i also put the end date at 1998 because they voted in the 2016 election which I think is an important because it will affect their lives. read more
