The reason Argentinians have so many blonde haired blue eyed people is due to the immigration of Germans to Argentina directly after WWII. I would think that for the most part the number of Hispanic blondes a country has is correlated to how close it is to the U.S. or Brazil. And yes, I've met some Hispanics with blonde hair and blue eyes. read more
