Kakashi's Kamui technique is from Obito's Sharingan, which means that the Kamui is unique only to Obito's eyes. The only way that Sasuke would be able to use the Kamui is if he were to transfer Obito's Sharingan to his and thus create an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, which would unify his dojutsu and Obito's like Itachi's eyes did. read more
Kamui’s intangibility requires one to teleport just a part of their physical being to the Kamui Dimension. This is different to what Madara did, as he just teleported his being to that dimension. The intangibility basically causes one part of your physical being to overlap dimensions, it’s a little more complicated than just transporting something from one dimension to another. read more
Kamui can synchronise with another space–time ninjutsu, granting the user access to the synchronised technique's dimension, as well as any other connected dimensions. Once the dimension has been marked, the user can freely travel between it and Kamui's own dimension. read more
