Yes, of course soldiers can and do have relationships with other soldiers, and as long as their relationships are maturely conducted, and there is no coercion of any kind, and the relationship doesn't effect good order and discipline then there is nothing wrong with them. read more

The short answer is "Yes", soldiers in the same platoon can date each other. Fraternization ONLY comes into play if it is officer+enlisted, If it's 2 enlisted or 2 officers it cannot (according to the UCMJ) be considered fraternization. read more
