Spidermans does not have a healing factor just accelerated healing; his injuries do not heal instantly he just heals faster than a normal man same as Captain America. read more

A spider can re-grow lost legs until it is"mature", i.e. old and seeing as Spiderman is barely out of his teens, he doesn't qualify as"mature" yet. So if any character should have a decent healing factor, it should be Spiderman, yet it isn't something really dealt with that much in the comics. read more
