Probably not, not really, or just simply no. Strength wise, it could be done, but the bones provide more than just support for the body. The marrow of the bones is where the red blood cells are formed, so you would have to figure out some way to make them. read more

In addition, the various tendons are attached to the bones, which would be very difficult to do trying to attach them to stainless steel. Using stainless steel for a few bones can be done if you don't need to generate red blood cells there but you still have to figure out how to attach tendons. read more
