There are possibilities that UV rays can pass through window glass. There are two kinds of ultraviolet radiation from them only two reach the earth's surface i.e. UVA and UVB. UVC Filtered by ozone layer. Most glass used for windows blocks UVB but not UVA. Glass can protect from skin burn, but it does't protect from UVA in a long run. read more
