Unless there is a fat included as an ingredient in the powder, or you take the powder with a meal that contains fat, you are not going to absorb much of it. I cannot find evidence of a confirmed interaction between caffeine and Vitamin D so it appears it would be OK to have tea or coffee when you take your Vitamin D powder. read more
