Can we make something like Saturn's ring for Earth?

There is great speculation that at one point Jupiter too had rings like Saturn, and over time the rings disappear. Scientists speculate that the rings of Saturn will one day dissappear as well; either by being sucked into the gas planet due to it's gravity, or be flung out into space. read more
