It is far cheaper in lives, material, and money to completely rebuild our shorelines after every tsunami than to build tsunami blockers in the oceans. Note: The Japanese build sea walls. We will not build them here except maybe to protect major cities. We enjoy our seaside homes and beaches too much. read more
