You can trust nutrition facts better than your own intuition, that’s for sure. Organizations like Health Canada and the FDA have pretty strict standards. I can’t vouch for other countries but from what little I’ve read, the EU countries (including the UK! Article 50 hasn’t been executed yet) have high standards too. read more
