Can we use kiwi fruit in fried rice?

In my experience any medium or long grain rice will work fine. I usually use long grain brown rice. What really makes fried rice best is when the rice you use was already cooked earlier and then chilled. Cooking it a day beforehand and refrigerating it overnight works great. read more
