Well it obviously doesn't want to considering that it noble element, but it still can. If you look at the periodic table you will see that xenon is the largest noble element. Being so, the 'ties' to its electrons are the weakest. This being said, very electronegative and strong elements like fluorine are able to react with xenon. read more
