Can you color over white out with colored pencils?

Interesting question! It might depend on two things: 1) is the white-out used one of those brush-out liquids OR the type that comes out of a tool as a press-on tape, and 2) is the coloured pencil being used oil based OR wax based. It might be possible to cover the press-on white-out with an oil-based pencil. Might also be possible with wax-based. read more
