First if you have high blood pressure you must go to a cardiologist to find the reason for it and proper medication as prophylaxis. High bp in chronic state leads to many complications. Also, you can excersice but make sure that its in low tempo. I would advice you, long distance walk and with time interwall training which can and will lower your bp. read more
