Once it gets to a smaller vein it can block, the heart suffers and you get the attack. So, in this case, if you are on a particularly exciting roller coaster, apparently you can get elevated heart rates from the stress and excitement - up to 200bpm so you have the same result as if you over exert yourself and you risk breaking rupturing the garbage on your artery walls. read more
