Sonic did help a tremendous change in me. I recently got my driver’s license. I’m getting better at noticing my panic attacks. Not to mention, he helped me so much with my depression. And all this with a rat, who was not trained as a therapy animal. They say therapy and service animals are not pets. I disagree. Petting is therapeutic and an animal becomes a part of you.
