You have to apply a trick. Take a color photograph. Using GIMP or Photoshop you can make the entire photo black & white, but the rainbow. So, the final photo will get you the coloured rainbow on a b/w base. In fact, considering your question as straight one, I would say you can see the rainbow arc. It won’t be colourful.
