I lived in Virginia Beach for 16 years and I’m all of the time I don’t recall ever coming across a place to swim with the dolphins. But if you want to see a beautiful site at sunrise go to the 17th street pier (maybe 15th) in August and you can see pods and pods of dolphins playing In the water it’s awesome. read more
