Can you use filtered coffee as instant coffee?

Hi! No I'm afraid ground coffee for filters is different to instant, because its made from real coffee ground up, so doesnt disintegrate like instant does. You can put ground it a cup with hot water, you will just have residue - its how some locals brew it in indonesia. But for the cost id just get a filter. Hope this helps! read more

"Filter" coffee in general, is coffee beans that have been roasted and ground and is for use in coffee making machines. This makes 'fresh' coffee that may have a variety of qualities not found in instant - such as sweeter or more distinct flavours, etc. read more

You could heat the water in the coffee maker and then add the instant coffee, but it will never have the full rich taste of fresh brewed coffee. First clean the coffee maker Fill the coffee maker's water chamber with equal parts white vinegar and water. read more
