Can you wear pantyhose with womens capri jeans?

Capri pants are supposed to be close-fitting tapered trousers that are worn mainly in the summer months. Without any context, I would say no. It seems to defeat the purpose of wearing light, summer clothes (and possibly open-toed shoes). If its a matter of reducing some discoloration on your legs, spray tan can be a good solution. read more
