Could the USA win the Vietnam war today?

I kind of agree with Sam Eaton, but not completely, I think the US would have a bigger defeat than before. Please read the whole thing before hating on me. The US would again win militarily, but with 2017 modern technology and the power of SOCIAL MEDIA, more footage of the new Vietnam War would be shown to the public, and the US right now is kinda divided politically. read more

If the US was ever going to win the Vietnam War it would have been during the Tet Offensive of 1968. That was the turning point and that was when the public, back in the United States, saw the North Vietnamese were not just going to retreat and surrender – it was literally a fight until the death. read more
