I was born and bred in the UK and grew up with it as a consistent part of my life from nursery school all the way to age 12 and the only reason it died out slowly after that, was that I spent a lot of time doing weights and would chase people down and give them a kicking for uttering racist words. read more

The BSA survey shows that the West Midlands has the highest proportion of people – 36% – who say they are a little or very prejudiced against people of other races in the UK.
