No it hasn't been implemented yet. It should happen faster in my opinion. While English or Chinese as a second or third language is fine. No nation on earth has progressed by adopting a foreign language. Most Pakistanis cannot speak English and Urdu is a language understood by all. read more

English is still the official language of the country - and btw, the now exiled former president of Gambia, Jammeh said that he would remove English as an official language, but since he was officially removed from his position and the country got a new president, I doubt that he will follow those steps. read more
