No. Voldermort didn't have a patronus. J.K. Rowling said that if at all Voldermort had a patronus then it would have been a snake. But death eaters never actually found the necessity to have a patronus as they generally fought along side the things that patronus was used against for. Here is a part of her interview. read more

So his Patronus had to have been something that represented Hogwarts. The school, not any individual House. Personally, I don’t think Voldemort gave much of a crap about his Slytherin ancestry. Being the heir of Slytherin was cool as a 16 year old, but the adult Lord Voldemort has moved on to bigger and better things. read more

Inspired by this question, I'm wondering if Voldemort can cast a Patronus. It seems to be a basic spell of protection which he would have needed to have at some point (with all of the dark things he sought out and dealt with) and yet he had split his soul many times which might effect his ability to make one. read more
