Yes he did it was at the release party for either Diary of a Madman or Blizzard of Ozz he was supposed to release the doves as a symbol of peace I guess but one of them stayed close by and Ozzy being Ozzy just snatched it up and bit the head off of it in front of a lot of record execs. read more
