Absolutely. People come to the circus from all walks of life. For some prime modern examples, check out the Circus documentary Circus | PBS which follows the lives of people in the Big Apple Circus. You will notice that they do have a school for circus kids. There are people of every age from infants to old men and women. Some are born into the life. read more
