Richard Nixon visited India several times in official and private capacity, this picture was taken before his official visit to India as President in '69. If I remember right, this is a screenshot from the PBS Documentary about him. There is no reason to believe Nixon was a admirer of either Nehru or Radhakrishnan. read more
