No, all rivers do not have fish. Like any animal, fish have certain requirements for their habitats. There are many different types of fish and each type has it's own needs. My guess would be that there aren't any large fish in your stream. I doubt a small stream could have enough space to meet the habitat requirements of most river fish. read more
