Scorpions are poisonous but not all are deadly. It's definitely not a good idea to let a cat play with one or eat it, but if there are scorpions living wild in the cat's home turf, and the cat seems to be catching and killing the scorpion without getting stung, it probably knows what it's doing. I've seen mice successfully kill and eat scorpions. read more
