Do Chinese eat slugs?

My answer is No. I haven't seen this insect till now in my life. Chinese people eat vegetables mainly and all kinds of meat (pork, beef, lamb etc.), but some areas which is a small part of China would eat strange food such as snakes,dog(that's cruel)or other strange insects , but not everyone. read more

While I cannot rule out this possibility, if ever I am wrong (you only need one Chinese person to eat one slug to alter my answer!), I do not believe this would be a popular and whether such some group of people can represent “Chinese” on this matter because the average Chinese would not eat slugs or enjoy eating slugs. read more
