Do lawyers lie to their clients?

Do attorneys lie to clients? My thought is some certainly do and I can usually tell if that has happened. My general thought though is no, attorneys aren't going to like to their clients. read more

Some lawyers do this very well. They are the ones that sleep well at night, get up early, get some exercise, then spend all day happily not helping their clients as much as they could, or should. Or even hurting their clients. read more

In my opinion lawyers do not lie to their clients nor they should. Practically lawyers are not supposed to lie in court, but they can’t necessarily prevent from lying. If any lawyer has personal evidence that xyz lawyer lied, then the lawyer can report it to the local disciplinary authority. read more
