RE: Do gecko Like most other reptiles Leos do have teeth. Though very tiny, they are very sharp. Like Eire said, they don't use them to tear apart or chew their food but they're perfect for holding on to prey and creating small puncture holes. If an adult Leo has ever latched on to you you can definitely feel them and they can even draw blood. read more
