Most bullets are lead with a copper jacket around them, so no a magnetic field would not effect its trajectory. If the bullet was made of steel or iron or another ferrous material, then yes a magnetic field would effect the bullet. read more

Storing ammo near a magnet is absolutely the worst thing you could ever do, and it's illegal everywhere. The magnetic field of the magnet will interact with chemicals in the powder, then that newly formed chemical composition will react with the chemicals in the primer. read more
