Do NBA players go home after games?

I've kicked it with many NBA players and have heard many stories. They shower and most rest… but it varies. Some go find a lady friend. Some eat. You also have a schedule to travel or go home. They can put ice on a certain part of a body, take an ice bath. read more

NBA players shower immediately after a game (or at least I hope so). After that, many players get into a ice bath or cryo chamber, stretch to regenerate their bodies, and then grab a huge meal. Typically I eat anything in my way after a game because I am so hungry from expending so many calories. read more

If it’s a home game then more than likely the players go home at the end of the night maybe it’s after partying after a big win. Maybe they go grab dinner first. If it’s an away game that means the team probably travelled together which means they probably have the same hotel to return to after the game before flying home. read more
