It's impossible to describe the taste of an oyster, as impossible as it is to describe the smell of a rose. The smell or taste is not fishy, if that's what you are afraid of. Not everybody likes oysters, but those who do - like me - LOVE them, especially on the half shell with a nice glass of dry white wine next to it. read more
