According to "authorities," people do not tic while sleeping. According to other "authorities," many people with tic disorders do tic during sleep. I think the field is pretty evenly divided too; so it is probably an individual thing. read more

Studies have shown that people with the condition do indeed tic while they sleep (in the real world, so to speak). My dreams all seem symbolic of something I had been thinking about deeply the day before having them. read more
