Primary or, true psychopaths, and secondary psychopaths. Secondary psychopaths show psychopathic tendencies, but have feelings of guilt and anxiety. Primary psychopaths can think about things searching for an answer, sometimes to the point of irritation at being interrupted, but actual anxiety is something I can't imagine. read more
