If your question was a serious and honest one: Yes, I think some Germans believe in social Darwinism, but probably not more Germans than English or French citizens for example. And Germany may be called a fairly 'civilized country' I guess - needs to be defined, though - but in every country or culture you'll find a certain percentage of racists or rude idiots, totally regardless of the grade of civilisation. read more
