Yes,they do.They have separate Passports(obviously they need to have both the passport's stamped when travelling.I am not sure about other nationality part though.Twins have almost all the legal rights as others do albeit with some precautions. read more

I once saw a documentary where a pair of conjoined twins took they're driving test and they had to take it twice because even though each only had one arm and leg of 'their own' they had seperate brains. read more
