I have never heard of a Coastie attending ROTC of any kind. If you are in an ROTC unit for the Army I would expect you to wear an Army uniform. You would put any earned and authorized decorations on that uniform. ROTC guys usually wear their uniforms only for official functions such as drill, classes, etc. read more
