It depends on how they transition. Some people get gender affirmation (Sex change) surgery and thus won’t have the organs to get a period out of. Some don’t, but take testosterone, which might eventually make periods incredibly short and irregular or straight up stop them. read more

Transgender men, who were assigned female at birth, can still have them if they haven’t had a hysterectomy yet, although being on testosterone will usually stop them after a few months.
