Do Vietnamese learn Chinese history at schools?

As far as I can remember, we did learn some Chinese history because they have connections with Vietnam's history and culture. For example, the book briefly mentioned the Ming/Yuan dynasty as later they dominated Vietnam for short periods. read more

And ofc we dont learn/teach about xia or tang china history , most of time we learn about history of our owned like ly , tran , nguyen dynasty , vietnam civil war , e.t.c They do metion china some where but as i can remember it belong to world lectures. read more

In the Vietnamese history series, we do not learn Tang dynasty in-depth from a Chinese perspective, such as mentioning the An Lu Shan rebels, but we learn it from a Vietnamese perspective. read more
