If we used only 10% of our brains we'd have evolved with brains with much smaller in size as the brain is the most costly organ in terms of nutrients and oxygen. So if we had small brains it would have been more beneficial as our bodies would have to provide for a much smaller brain. read more

So, as we can see we are already using our 100% of our brains but it does not work on a single activity, different parts of our brain focuses on different tasks which are necessary for our survival. Our brain comprises 3% of the total body weight but still, it utilises 20% of the total energy of the body. read more
