Numerous writers, especially those with a more Presbyterian orientation, make that point today because so many people (like me, a Baptist) are called Calvinists while not embracing all aspects of the Reformed tradition. read more

I don't believe in pre-destination. Nor do I believe that wealth is an indicator of intrinsic value. So I suppose no I don't believe in the aspects of Calvinism you have listed. read more

Supporters of Calvinism believe that individuals are sent to Hell because of their beliefs: i.e. they have not trusted Jesus as Lord and Savior who died for their sins. There are countries of this world who incarcerate and even torture people for their beliefs. read more
