If you have insomnia, then great, get up and meditate. I may wake up anytime during the night, wide awake, so I get up and sit, setting my timer for half hour integrals, and as they go off, I either stay or get up ( usually meditate in hour blocks) and return to bed, and immediately fall back to sleep. read more
