Yes, James Brown was a huge influence on MJ, he has said that himself. But so was Jackie Wilson, who was a huge dancer/singer/entertainer in the 60's when Michael was growing up. Look at some old Jackie Wilson footage, and you will see alot of similarities on how Michael holds the mike, and moves to get a reaction out of the crowd. read more
